- Active involvement in Personnel Files Digitalization project
- Assistance in Personnel File administration
- Scanning, organizing documents and placing them in the designated tools
- Support in communicating with and supporting employees in HR related topics
- Other administrative tasks: preparing certificates, transfer of documents
- Fluent communication skills in English and Polish, both verbally and in writing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Responsibility and independence
- Good detail orientation
- Willingness to work in a Warsaw office
- Active student status
- Experience with administrative work, HR would be an advantage
