    Opis stanowiska

    Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie projektami we wszystkich obszarach procesowych;
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji do przetargów i ich realizacja;
  • Przygotowywanie, weryfikowanie i rozliczanie kosztów robót budowlanych;
  • Współpraca z urzędami (przygotowywanie dokumentów formalnych, kontakt z urzędami i kontrola procesu decyzyjnego);
  • Analizy techniczne;
  • Wykonywanie i weryfikacja kosztorysów budowlanych;
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie postępów inwestycji;
  • Kontrola jakości i terminów wykonania prac budowlanych;
  • Przygotowanie raportów due diligence;
  • Koordynacja projektowania oraz prac budowlanych.

    • Nasze wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w branży architektonyczno-inżynierskiej;
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego (po studiach) na budowie, w biurze projektowym lub zarządzającym;
  • Uzyskane uprawnienia budowlane;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego;
  • Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu zestawień i raportów;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Pakietu MS Office;
  • Doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne;
  • Pracowitość, ambicja, niezależność.

  • Uprawnienia LEED GA, LEED AP, BREEAM Assessor, WELL, inne uprawnienia projektanckie, budowlane sanitarne/elektryczne lub PPOŻ.
