    Job Description We are seeking a motivated, data-driven Junior Trading Operator to support trading activities in the Polish power and gas markets, focusing on intraday and day-ahead trading.

    The role requires strong market awareness, analytical thinking, and technical proficiency to support forecasting and decision-making. You will be responsible for optimizing trading and balancing positions and reacting to real-time market signals. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Execute short-term power and gas trades on the Polish market (TGE, OTC, bilateral). Monitor real-time market conditions, price movements, and system constraints. Manage balancing positions in coordination with system operators. Automate data analysis, scenario simulations, and strategy backtesting. Ensure compliance with Polish energy regulations (URE, REMIT). Prepare daily trading reports and performance summaries. Further development in the field of market operations. Required Qualifications Basic experience in short-term gas / power trading or dispatching. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical field. Basic understanding of the Polish gas and/or power market's structure , balancing rules, trading and market data exchange platforms. Experience with Python (or other coding language), SQL, MS Excel.


    Work Availability:

    Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays (fully remote) in the scope of balancing, nomination, and scheduling process supervision.

    Ability to work under pressure and make fast decisions in dynamic environments. Fluent in Polish and working proficiency in English.
