Overview

At Aduna, securing a global industry-leading supply is a key strategic priority to unlock the new programable connectivity eco-system through API's.
Network APIs
are APIs based on CAMARA standard exposed by telecom networks that let developers and enterprises directly use network capabilities in their applications.

The
Telecom Project Management Officer
will report to our Head of Carrier Supply and drives operational excellence and data-driven insights across our partnerships with our telecommunications providers globally. This role supports the partner ecosystem by optimizing systems, processes, and reporting to ensure scalability, visibility, and alignment with the overall strategy.

Working closely with
Carrier Managers, sales, and finance, the Partner Operations Manager
streamlines partner operations — including contract workflows and performance reporting — to deliver a seamless experience for our partners and provide meaningful insights to our leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain
  reporting
  , providing insights into partner activity,
  quality metrics
  and revenue impact.
• Act as a
  key point of contact
  for operational inquiries from partners, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.
• Assist in the evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of key technologies to modernize and scale partner operations programs.
• Build dashboards and reports
  that surface actionable insights for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience as project management officer, channel management, or sales operations ideally within a
  software or telecommunications
  organization.
• Strong ability and passion for
  data analytics
  and insight generation to drive process improvements and optimize partner performance.
• Excellent
  organizational and problem-solving skills
  , with a focus on
  process improvement
  .
• Strong
  collaboration skills,
  with experience
  working globally
  and
  cross-functionally
  with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Flexibility
  to adapt to new ways of working.
• Interest in building processes that serve our partners and our teams.
• Tools knowledge:
  Jira, Excel, Salesforce, Contract Management
