    Opis

    Poszukujemy zarówno Web Designera jak i Developera. Jeżeli zakres Twoich kompetencji pasuje do drugiej części, pomiń kwestie związane z projektowaniem.


    Nasze oczekiwania

    • Wiedza i samodzielność: Projektujesz atrakcyjne wizualnie i intuicyjne landing pages oraz interfejsy użytkownika. Kodujesz, bardzo dobrze znasz HTML, CSS i JavaScript. To jest core Twoich działań i warunek konieczny. Piszesz semantyczny kod HTML, zgodny z SEO i accessibility, umiesz optymalizować strony internetowe, skrypty, CSS oraz grafiki.
    • Doświadczenie: Masz doświadczenie we wdrażaniu projektów stron internetowych, które będą dobrze działać na komputerach oraz urządzeniach mobilnych (RWD).
    • Umiejętności: Umiesz wdrażać zewnętrzne biblioteki oraz moduły, np. Bootstrap / Foundation. Dbasz o jakość i zgodność z zasadami brand manuali i Customer Experience.
    • Znajomość trendów: Śledzisz trendy i standardy w obszarze web design / web dev i dzielisz się nimi z zespołem. Monitorujesz zmiany i nowości technologiczne.
    • Portfolio: Masz portfolio, w którym znajdziemy takie realizacje. Możesz pochwalić się działającymi wdrożeniami, które spełniają powyższe wymagania.
    • Komunikacja i umiejętność pracy w zespole: Umiesz pracować w zespole i chętnie dzielisz się wiedzą, pomysłami i pozytywną energią.
    • Narzędzia: Znasz oprogramowanie Figma oraz Adobe Photoshop.
    • Bycie geekiem: Lubisz się rozwijać i ciągle poszerzasz swoją wiedzę.
    • Podzielność uwagi i odporność na stres: Potrafisz pracować pod presją czasu, nad kilkoma zadaniami jednocześnie.


    Twoim dodatkowym atutem będzie:

    • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku developerskim, np. WebPack, GIT, Node / Yarn.
    • Znajomość metod low-code i no-code oraz umiejętność ich zastosowania.


    Twoje obowiązki

    • Ścisła współpraca z Designerami w zakresie wdrażania wszystkich projektów webowych – głównie kodowanie landing pages dla wszystkich spółek grupy x-kom oraz dla vendorów.
    • Rozbudowa oraz modyfikacja treści graficznej i funkcjonalności istniejących rozwiązań.
    • Dbanie o spójną tożsamość wszystkich spółek oraz praca nad rozwojem design systemu wykorzystywanego przy budowie landing pages.
    • Dostosowywanie frameworków CSS oraz modułów do wewnętrznych potrzeb firmy, tworzenie nowych komponentów od podstaw.

    • HTML, CSS, SCSS, Flexbox, RWD, JS, Bootstrap, Figma, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Visual Studio Code
