- Operate designated heavy machinery or equipment efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
- Perform other duties and activities as directed.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in operating heavy equipment.
- Certification in heavy equipment operation.
- Proficiency in operating specific heavy equipment, such as Grader, Roller, Dozer and 8k-30k Forklifts
- Understanding and adherence to safety rules and procedures.
- Additional certifications related to specific types of heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with diverse heavy machinery and equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.

Job Summary
The Equipment Operator (Heavy), reporting to and receiving assignments from the Foreman or General Foreman, is responsible for operating designated heavy machinery or equipment. This role involves observing and following safety rules, wearing required personal safety equipment, and performing duties as directed. The Heavy Equipment Operator is expected to have 2-5 years of related experience and relevant certification. Heavy equipment may include, but is not limited to, Grader, Roller, Dozer, Backhoe and 8k-30k Forklifts.
