Opis pracy
We are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to join a global company in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure.
You will take ownership of building secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments, and collaborate closely with DevOps, security, and development teams to support critical business applications and platform services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement Azure-based solutions, including compute, networking, storage, identity, and security.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Support and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container-based workloads.
Manage Azure DevOps pipelines or GitHub Actions for CI/CD, release management, and infrastructure provisioning.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization of Azure resources.
Implement best practices in Azure security, including RBAC, managed identities, network security groups, and Azure Policy.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Provide guidance to developers and platform teams on cloud architecture, automation, and governance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
Deep expertise in Azure core services (VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, App Services, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container orchestration.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Excellent understanding of cloud networking, identity/access management, and security controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400).
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (especially AWS).
Experience integrating Azure services with on-premises infrastructure.
Exposure to DevSecOps, policy-as-code, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices using Azure-native tools.
