responsibilities :
Lead and oversee the project's entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and strict timelines.

Establish and maintain a strong channel of communication with the Management Board and Deutsche Telekom's team.

Performs contingency planning and risk management analyses for assigned projects, developing alternative plans, and laying the necessary groundwork for efficient implementation of contingency plans.

Performs project evaluations and assessment of results.

Evaluates and assesses project plan post implementation and presents key findings/learning to team members, stakeholders, and executives.

Further identifies key themes and communicates learning that can be reapplied across the organization.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

requirements-expected : Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects.

Advanced project and time management skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.

Experience in the use of JIRA / Confluence and review of software workflows for potential enhancements.

Experience in the use of design thinking methods and tools.

Command of English on very high level - B2/C1.

Strong, polished interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and cultivate positive partnerships, communicate with all levels of peers and management in a respectful and tactful manner to enhance efficiency, satisfaction of staff and corporate support, and lead internal work streams.
