- Supervise project planning, execution, and monitoring scope, schedule, and budget (terminal and end Customer)
- Apply product deployment approach and plan across one or multiple terminals
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and other relevant regulation
- Tailor deployment to meet site-specific needs in consultation with the terminal team
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP)
- Lead and manage a team of deployment engineers Your skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Expertise in automation, with a focus on port automation/modernization
- Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of automation technologies
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Methodological expertise in leading iterative design, development
- Skills in solving complex problems in a structured manner on a daily basis
- Demonstrate effective people leadership
- Focus on driving change management
- Flexibility to travel and spend a significant amount of time on-site
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
