    As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join on project for a Swiss food manufacturing company. You will be a part of a team that supports the 50 strategic business and services units in their IT matters. Don't miss this exciting opportunity

    Your role
  • Analyzing development requirements
  • Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
  • Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general housekeeping activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
  • Raising opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
  • Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
  • Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances, including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services
  • Your skills
  • At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Experience in core ServiceNow modules like - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
  • German and English language at a good level
  • Methodical and focused approach to work
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
