- Analyzing development requirements
- Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
- Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general housekeeping activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
- Raising opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
- Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
- Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances, including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services Your skills
- At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience in core ServiceNow modules like - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
- German and English language at a good level
- Methodical and focused approach to work
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
