- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Updating data related to organizational metrics, licenses, and reservation system.
- Supporting the administration of project budgets, monitoring their expenditures, and reporting.
- Managing the project list and synchronizing projects in various systems, such as Clockify, Power BI, etc.
- Process optimization.
- Resolving current issues related to the operation of the Operations department.
- Higher education (preferred fields related to management, economics, or related fields).
- Knowledge of operational processes and the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to effectively organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
