    About the Role

    Reporting line: Head of Finance Planning & Analysis

    Location: Poland

    Worksite: remote

    Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure a correct cost allocation (financial control).
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various departments heads and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
  • Help in the development of financial plans and projections.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial models.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for the top management and board of directors.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving of financial processes.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
  • Excel (advanced knowledge)
  • Power BI (basic knowledge) would be an advantage
  • Experience in Financial analysis/reporting is a plus
  • Attention to detail
