    Job Description

    The team is a multi-cultural team based in Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Mumbai, and Warsaw, working as one to deliver best-in-class regulatory reporting to Deutsche Bundesbank & European Central Bank, under a strong and effective control framework.

    Capital monitoring and regulatory reporting (CMRR) activities are crucial from bank's perspective to run business in line with laws and banking rules.

    As a Regulatory Reporting- Associate within the Regulatory reporting /Oversight Team you will learn expert knowledge about complex regulations and will have a chance to be part of fast changing environment where knowledge about financial products is equally important as ability to see bigger picture and chase for improvements.

    Along with a willingness to learn we require from you a "can do" attitude and a bit of curiosity. Job offer is dedicated to positions of Associate or Senior Associate based on candidate's experience and knowledge.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepares and analyses the data for capital adequacy, large exposure, and loans to affiliate parties
    • Partners with the various stakeholders to explain/educate on the process and getting an understanding of their needs
    • Applies/uses the Control Environment, Operating Model, Process Tools, and Documentation for effective regulatory calculations
    • investigates, ad-hoc analysis, and queries from internal and external requests
    • Enables CMRR lead to present to the JPMSE senior management and regulator to a comprehensive and adequate view of entities current regulatory situation
    • Leads in collaboration with the CMRR DM team assess regulatory changes in respect of the impact on the entity, work on the remediation of findings from OSI, and optimizing the RWA profile of the entity

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting environment
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to critically review and challenge numbers / strong analytical skills
    • Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and regulatory deadlines
    • Proactive and self-starting individual with high levels of ownership
    • Advanced Excel skills

    Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:

    • Knowledge of CRR2 and reporting requirements i.e. COREP Own funds, FRTB, MREL, Large Exposure or Leverage
    • Knowledge of financial products – Equities, Derivatives, Repos, Bonds, FX, Interest Rates
