    Alight Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Manager at Global People Operations located in Krakow, Poland.

    GPO team manages full scope of HR administration, varying from hiring, background checks and recruiting administration to workforce and payroll administration for Alight colleagues (internal client).

    Job Responsibilities:

    People Management:

    • Be a Leader to your team: coach, develop, inspire, recognize.
    • Manage performance, create back up plans and succession strategies, make apt hiring decisions

    Service Delivery:

    • Oversee your team's day to day work: monitor HR processes delivery (timeliness and accuracy), consider fluctuation in volumes and team's capacity, help to prioritize work, manage escalations
    • Help the team to understand how their work fits into HR and company priorities
    • Ensure that processes and systems are updated in line with any statutory or legislative changes.
    • Encourage team to implement enhancements to their processes

    Change Management & Communication

    • Communicate effectively with your team, other GPO teams and HR stakeholders, make sure the team is well connected and informed about changes or activities that impact their work
    • Lead the team through change (scope, organizational changes, tools, process changes).
    • If required, manage the transition of work to or from your team.
    • Oversee projects in your team, ensuring required result is achieved

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Fluent English – C1 Level at least (CEFR scale or equivalent);
    • At least 2 years of people management experience;
    • Experience in managing HR administration (HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Termination, Payroll etc.);
    • Workday knowledge is an asset
    • Experience in working on global projects or corporate environment
    • Leadership skills and resilience,
    • Strong analytical, problem solving skills; attention to details;
    • Spotless record and strong work ethos;
    • Good MS Excel skills;
