    As a part of the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international company from the banking sector. The role is part of a program of work to transform the Product Control function through organizational change, process improvement and simplification combined with an investment in enhancing the technology available to the users.

    Your role
  • Support the value stream lead by conducting high-quality project analysis and documentation aligned with the Change Framework
  • Collaborate closely with the local product control team to assess the impact of change requirements on day-to-day activities and document necessary changes for business adoption, adhering to relevant frameworks
  • Lead the business aspect of system testing, ensuring thorough test coverage of Finance requirements
  • Coordinate Finance elements of User Acceptance Tests
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks as per agreed timelines and plans
  • Maintain client's internal control standards, including prompt implementation of internal and external audit points and resolution of any issues raised by external regulators
  • Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards, addressing any issues to optimize relations with regulators
  • Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures (specifically Internal Controls and Compliance policies)
    • Your skills
  • Prior working knowledge of Global Banking and Markets via line role experience within accounting verticals
  • Project Delivery experience of at least two years (either through a line role or as part of a project team)
  • Good understanding of Project Lifecycle
  • Previous work with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and produce clear project artifacts
  • Ability to work both autonomously and to contribute to a team
