    HR Process Associate with German

    Your Purpose: in this role will be instrumental in overseeing administrative HR operations, supporting both Core Operations Deployment and Global Data Foundation initiatives. Responsibilities include managing HR transactions, collaborating to enhance processes, and ensuring data integrity with SAP proficiency. Proficiency in English, German, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

  • Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Record, verify, and execute HR transactions following process documentation. Activities include reporting, data maintenance, employee transfers, loan processes, reorganizations, return from abroad, contract changes, and some onboarding tasks.
  • Monitor process exceptions and address them promptly.
  • Provide support and follow-up on workflow system issues.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including business partners, managers, recruiters, and works council members, particularly within the German market.
  • Generate employment documents and maintain data accurately in the system.
  • Conduct process and internal control system (ICS) checks.
  • Contribute actively to process improvements.
  • Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems, such as SAP.
  • Experience in HR processes and procedures.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in office suite applications like Excel.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency at least B2 level; written and spoken German proficiency at least C1 level.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to explore innovative solutions.
  • A digital-driven mindset, comfortable with technology and adapting to digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
