- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to network architecture
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT and OT network infrastructure to inform the design and planning process for project rollouts
- Develop detailed network architecture designs tailored to project specifications, considering factors such as system integration, performance optimization, and cybersecurity
- Create project-specific network diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans outlining proposed architectures, configurations, and resource requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during project execution, ensuring adherence to design standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to procure necessary equipment, coordinate installations, and conduct testing and validation of network implementations
- 5+ years of proven experience in network architecture design and implementation within project rollout environments, with a focus on IT and OT integration
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networking
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and other OT technologies commonly used in manufacturing environments
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated experience in coordinating complex network rollout projects from inception to completion
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage project stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Project+) preferred
