    Position Description

    This position does not include team management.

    -Develop and create video content aligned with company goals and brand identity.

    -Coordinate video shoots, including casting, scheduling, and location scouting.

    -Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to post-production.

    -Manage budgets and resources efficiently.

    -Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders.

    -Edit and enhance footage, adding graphics and animations.

    -Optimize videos for various platforms.

    -Stay updated with industry trends and innovative techniques.

    -Gather feedback and make necessary revisions to meet objectives.

    -Explore and utilize cutting-edge video tools and AI video technologies.

    -Archiving and managing of project- and final video files.

    Position Requirements

    -Relevant degree or certification in film, media, or a related field.

    -Fluency in English

    -Proficiency in video editing software - ex. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci, AVID

    -Strong project management skills for planning and executing video shoots.

    -Creative storytelling abilities for developing compelling video content.

    -Experience in coordinating with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

    -Attention to detail and visual aesthetics for enhancing video quality.

    -Familiarity with video formats, optimization, and distribution platforms.

    -General skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

    -Adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and techniques.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
