    PROJECT INFORMATION:

    Project length: 12 months contract (possibility of extension)

    Assignment type: B2B contract

    Tasks:

  • Support our L2 Factory Automation team with extra resources/capacity to ensure that we can handle all incoming incidents and service requests, within SLA.
  • Work closely together with several L3 teams to ensure fast resolution and that the L3 teams deliver within agreed OLA's. It's a global support.

    • Below is a list of some components that we will be looking for support with:


    • GPS application for forklifts (GeoSTOCK & GeoBIN)


    • AGV fleet control


    • AWH (Automated Warehouse System)


    • WCS (Warehouse Control System)


    • CyberArk


    • Microsoft Active Directory


    • Azure Cloud


    • MS Intune


    • Informatica


    • Kafka


    • PLC software

    Qualifications:

  • Strong IT/OT experience
  • Technical background
  • Factory environment experience
