Technologies-expected : Success Factors responsibilities : support and development of the SAP Success Factors system for international customers participate in the analysis the of requirements, configuration and testing of the system in accordance with the customer's guidelines; create concepts of new solutions and implement the changes proposed and agreed with the client; working closely with our company's international Success Factors team; cooperate with developers to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements; organization of training sessions for client employees on SAP Success Factors solutions; preparation of presentation materials for workshops with the client.

requirements-expected : minimum 2 years of experience in working with SAP Success Factors system (including functional knowledge, implementation and application support experience); experience in analysis and optimisation of business processes in SAP Success Factors and project management; possession of valid SAP Success Factors certifications in various modules; very good knowledge English or German (knowledge of both languages will be asset); very good communication skills.
