About the role:

We are seeking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions for our clients, including reporting and portal capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to client requirements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and other reporting tools like Power BI.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
• Assist in the design and development of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including portal configuration and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, integration.
• Acquaintance with with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, Portal, and SSIS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
