Identify issues in production by monitoring and executing daily processes
Conduct scheduled jobs, perform troubleshooting on processes
Ensuring all tasks are completed to agreed SLAs.

Answer customer questions (email, live chat) / solve reported problems (language learning applications)
Create user guides / FAQs, instruction videos, translate the content from Eng to Pol
Generate and analyse reports
Participate in product testing

Supporting credit operations / preparing booking files for credit reconciliation
Providing support for customer service through
o Providing general information about products and procedures

Manage the on-boarding of suppliers to ensure compliance to JLL / client requirements
Manage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to EHS, bank, financial stability and insurance requirements
Supplier liaison and documents collecting in RFP (sourcing, procurement) initiatives
Vendor master data set up / ensure data is correct / undertake data cleansing actions
Manage and maintain contract documentation, sourcing initiatives documentation
Reporting: compliance, contract analytics, actual spends analytics
Co-ordinate KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance)

Recognising and booking exam income from exams’ accounts
Checking and issuing invoices / correcting invoices for exam services
Checking and processing payments to exam boards 
Checking and processing exam refunds
Checking and processing agreements and payments to exam venue staff and venues
Corrections of exam income and expenditure bookings 
Working with SAP on a daily basis

Manage global workflow through
o Client communication
o Estimate job lengths
o Negotiate deadlines
o Allocating jobs to both a local and an international work force
o Matching job requirements to the proper skills
o Assigning quality control
Cooperate closely with PresTech coordinators in London, New York
and Hong Kong
