In my current role as a Financial Analyst at NCR, I manage end‑to‑end credit and collections activities, investigate payment discrepancies, resolve delinquent accounts, and support risk assessment for high‑exposure customers. Previously as a Settlement Operations Analyst at Mastercard, I handled complex domestic and cross‑border settlement processes, including high‑value transfers via ACH, TARGET, FedWire, and SWIFT. I began my career at Citibank as a Customer Service Analyst in the Digital Client Support team, where I managed 100+ weekly interactions with corporate clients across EMEA. I supported digital treasury and trade platforms, high‑value transactions, and payment solutions while coordinating with internal teams to resolve investigations, billing issues, and sanctions‑related queries.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wroclaw University in Poland, which strengthened my foundation in finance, business operations, and strategic decision‑making. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Dr. C.V. Raman University in India, giving me a strong technical base that supports my analytical and systems‑focused approach in financial roles.
