I am a passionate teacher of English with nearly eight years of experience, looking for an environment where I could spread my love and fascination for language onto my students and co-workers.

The training which I received during the CELTA course equipped me with novel, efficient teaching strategies and tools, which kick-started my professional practice. During my time at Inspiro Academy I had a pleasure to work with people from an incredibly wide variety of social and age groups - for each of them I designed unique courses, perfecting my methodological approach and simultaneously broadening my own horizons. I specialized particularly in preparation for official language exams, such as the Cambridge CPE CAE FCE tests, IELTS, BEC etc as well as courses in Business English. This practice taught me how to adhere to a disciplined, orderly preparation schedule and at the same time maintain students’ motivation. I also conducted multiple legal and medical language classes, which gave me a valuable insight into the area of finances, management and law. 

At the Jagiellonian University - initially as a PhD student and later as a formal employer of the Institute of English Studies - I honed my techniques of working with larger groups of learners. Our goal was fluent application of English for Academic Purposes. There I had an invaluable chance to teach the art of operating with various writing styles and registers.

Finally, during my work on academic dissertations (BA and Ma in English Studies, Ba in philosophy) I deeply investigated the theory and practice of translation, which continue to prove invaluable in contact with students of foreign cultures.

And this is precisely what I intend to be the next step in my professional development - as a competent teacher I am also a keen learner myself. Therefore, I the tools I have constructed should be tested and perfected also outside my home country. I hope that such an experience will help me become even more open-minded and supportive for the people I teach.

I have been working as an English Teacher for nearly 8 years. 

As an employer of Inspiro Language academy I prepared students for international language exams at all levels. I also designed general and business English courses. I have developed effective tools for both stationary and online learning. 

While conducting my doctoral research I taught large groups of students, with the focus on perfecting writing style, register as well as grammatial accuracy. 

I also offer courses for university workers, helping them to improve theirs skills in English for Academic Purposes.

I hold Bachelor and Master's Degree in English Studies, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy. I am also about to finalise my doctoral dissertation which explores the application of translation theories in philosophy.
