I’m a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects across creative, digital, product, and operational environments. I’ve worked with global organisations such as Shell, The Hut Group, PZ Cussons and Adidas, leading cross-functional teams across international and remote settings.

My background spans end-to-end project delivery — from shaping strategy, defining scope and coordinating stakeholders, through to execution, launch and post-delivery optimisation. I’ve managed websites, digital platforms, campaigns, new product development, supply chain operations and change initiatives, often working across multiple teams, time zones and priorities.

I’m PRINCE2 certified, comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models, and known for bringing structure, clarity and calm to fast-paced environments.
