    Merchant Onboarding Specialist with Hungarian

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Merchant Onboarding Specialist with Hungarian. As part of the Eastern Europe and Benelux markets, you will be supporting merchants with data collection and document verification in our system.

    The Opportunity

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding process for our merchants. This includes inputting and uploading new client account information in a timely and accurate manner into various database systems.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for making Master Data Changes, making changes and additions to clients' accounts, obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and checking completed work for accuracy.
    • You will also be expected to comply with data integrity and security policies, and cooperate closely with the Sales Department.

    Requirements

    • We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, who can deliver reliable results and pay close attention to detail.
    • Polish and English skills at a very good level in speaking and writing are required, with Hungarian skills at a good level in speaking and writing preferred.
    • You should have the ability to enroll data into the systems with little or no errors.
