    Information Security Officer - Risk Management Expert

    About the Role

    The Information Security Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organization's information assets. As a key member of the security team, this individual will develop, implement, and maintain the strategic information security plan and risk management framework.

    • Ensuring effective implementation of information security requirements and norms across the organization.
    • Identifying local regulatory and entity-specific requirements on information security and adapting them to meet organizational needs.
    • Managing information security risks at the entity level and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and frameworks.
    • Designing and implementing information security awareness measures and monitoring their effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and maintaining the strategic information security plan and risk management framework.
    • Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with information security requirements.
    • Providing guidance and support to local management and staff on information security matters.
    • Participating in task forces and providing expert opinion on risk management.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Fluency in English (C1).
    • Completed university degree in information technology or business information systems technology.
    • At least 7 years of operational experience in information security and information technology.
    • Expertise in relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
    • Certification in information security management, information risk management, or IT auditing (e.g. ISO, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA).
