Job summary

We're not just looking for an engineer — we're looking for a LEADER. Someone who can take ownership of complex eDrive projects, guide technical teams, and represent our R&D in front of customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle — from concept to serial production
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and project plans
• Be the face of R&D in customer meetings, driving alignment and trust
• Mentor engineers, assign tasks, and ensure technical excellence across the board
• Solve urgent technical challenges with confidence and clarity
• Oversee product testing, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
• Review and approve system-level documentation and ensure compliance with automotive standards
• Conduct risk analysis (D-FMEA/DRBFM) and support production teams in overcoming obstacles

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management
• Proven experience in leading eDrive or similar technical projects
• Strong background in system engineering, including hardware/software integration
• Ability to work with and review technical documentation (system requirements, test plans, compliance reports)
• Familiarity with automotive development standards (ASPICE, ASIL, ISO)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — you're a natural motivator
• Fluent English and ability to thrive in an international environment
