    Project Overview

    As part of a financial project focused on IT compliance and security risk management, you will be working within a DevOps environment to ensure high standards of IT security and compliance across critical banking applications.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage IT Risk Workflows: Own and manage daily risk case handling and coordination across teams.
    • Support Compliance Efforts: Assist application specialists in remediating compliance issues such as obsolete software, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliant components.
    • Handle Security Tasks: Manage certificate management, penetration testing, cryptographic standards, and audit follow-ups.
    • Coordinate Activities: Coordinate activities and remediation plans for software and infrastructure issues (e.g., unsupported Java/Python versions, EOL systems, missing monitoring).
    • Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison for actions stemming from audits (e.g., PwC), internal vulnerability assessments (IVC), and InfoSec-driven initiatives.
    • Drive Task Execution: Drive and follow up on tasks across areas like ARP, ITSBC, BTS Dashboard, QA/Test compliance, IRMA, IIQ onboarding, and more.

    Expected Competences and Knowledge

    • IT Infrastructure: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and networking fundamentals.
    • Compliance Processes: Experience with IT risk and compliance processes, including vulnerability scanning and risk remediation.
    • Compliance Requirements: Ability to interpret and execute on compliance requirements from regulators (ECB, DORA) and internal InfoSec teams.
    • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and processes related to lifecycle management, application security, and audit tracking.
    • Organizational Skills: Proactive mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills.

    Scanning Tools: Vulnerability and security scanning (IVC, SAST, penetration testing)

    OS/DB Lifecycle Tools: Classic OS/DB lifecycle tools (Windows Server, RHEL, Oracle DB, MS SQL)

    Certificate Management: Certificate management systems

    Logging Solutions: Logging and monitoring solutions

    Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 (for documentation and coordination)

    Tools: Tools for QA, testing, and release management (Helix, Jira, MTP)
