About The Role

Lead the security function and Security Office team
Ensure security and integrity of IT infrastructure, systems, and data
Drive development and implementation of security policies and controls

Key Responsibilities

Security Strategy & Governance Define security strategy, enforce policies, advise leadership
Security Architecture & Engineering Maintain security architecture, conduct reviews and audits
Security Awareness & Training Deliver training programs, promote secure coding practices
Compliance & Assurance Ensure adherence to standards, maintain documentation
Security Operations & Incident Response Oversee monitoring, detection, and incident response

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Security; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus
5+ years in information security (strategy, governance, operations, compliance)
Knowledge of frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10)
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
