    IT Risk and Compliance Manager

    This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT and compliance tasks to ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards within the DevOps team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage IT risk flow and daily risk handling: Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with applications specialists: Address compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
    • Upgrade outdated software: Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and patches, ensuring the organization's IT systems remain secure and compliant.
    • Coordinate risk and compliance efforts: Work closely with the global security team to identify and address potential risks, ensuring a proactive approach to compliance.

    Key Requirements:

    • General knowledge of IT, networks, security risk, and compliance: Possess a solid understanding of IT systems, network architecture, and security best practices.
    • Experience handling compliance tasks in a DevOps environment: Proven experience in managing compliance tasks within a DevOps setting, including understanding Agile methodologies and version control systems.

    Nice to Have:

    • Prior experience in the banking or finance industry: Having a background in the banking or finance industry can provide valuable insights into regulatory requirements and industry-specific challenges.
    • Certifications related to IT security or compliance: Holding relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP demonstrates expertise in IT security and compliance.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities: The ability to analyze complex problems and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously is essential in this role.
