Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Legal Shared Service Center in Kraków, Poland.

The successful candidate will be part of a motivated paralegal team in Kraków, working closely with lawyers and compliance specialists at FedEx's European HQ in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be a junior legal professional looking to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Draft support for corporate documents, coordinate execution, and filings with local authorities across various European countries.
2. Provide drafting and negotiation support for sales and related contracts.
3. Interact with legal and business stakeholders.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement, including enhancing internal playbooks.
5. Bulid and maintain productive working relationships.
6. Work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
7. Perform other ad hoc duties to support the team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be

1. Fluent in English (written and spoken, at least CEF level C1), especially legal terminology.
2. A keen eye for detail.
3. Proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian, and/or French is an asset.
4. A Legal Master's Degree.
5. Good self-organization and excellent communication skills.
6. Eagerness to work in an international environment.
7. Willingness to learn.
