Opis

Calian is looking for Subject Matter Experts in the Ministry of Transport from the following regions to provide support with NATO exercises on short term contracts in September 2025, January 2026 and February/March 2026

• Poland
• Hungary

The work is located at the Joint Force Training Centre in Bydgoszcz, Poland and resources must have a national security clearance, preferably NATO SECRET

Requirements:

• Demonstrate recent experience and understanding (last three years) of roles and actions of national MoT procedures and transnational transportation and logistics procedures (with EU and non-EU neighbours)
• Experience portraying local government transportation and logistics aspects of an international crisis and be capable of scripting and advising both Exercise Control and the Training Audiences
• Native English language speaker or individual presenting very good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at the writing at the level of (SLP) NATO STANAG Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
