    Core Banking Technical Product Manager

    We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Core Banking Technical Product Manager to join our team at ZEN.COM. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a rapidly growing startup that does meaningful work.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core banking, with at least 1+ year of experience in the field. They should also have a deep understanding of the latest trends related to the product domain and be able to translate client needs into clear and usable requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with engineering teams on implementation details to ensure that technical specifications and requirements documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Own and manage the technical aspects of major product features or systems, collaborating closely with engineering teams as needed.
    • Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new product ideas, taking into account cross-application / cross-system dependencies of specific product domain.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1+ year of experience in the field of core banking.
    • At least 3+ years of experience in a financial institution or software house.
    • Ability to develop a detailed long-term work plan.
    • Understanding current regulations related to accounting and finance.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting systems, including ERP and invoicing systems.
