    Project Management Officer (PMO)

    Supports Program Managers in strategic global programs to ensure projects adhere to CIB ITO Project & Portfolio Office standards.

    • Monitors project costs, identifying discrepancies and reporting variances.
    • Collaborates with finance teams to clarify unknown costs and drives necessary cost corrections.
    • Maintains and updates project statuses, milestones, and deliverables in Clarity PPM.
    • Facilitates communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensures project compliance with organizational norms and standards.
    • Identifies and implements process improvements within the PMO.
    • Coordinates across teams and locations to establish project governance.
    • Provides timely and precise reports for stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role.
    • Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
    • Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
