Requirements:

• Danish Language Proficiency (C2 Level).
• English Language Proficiency (B2 Level).
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create seamless customer experiences.
• Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems, and Devices.
• Capacity to guide customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
• EU Citizenship, Polish Residence Card, or Student Visa.
