    Insly Sp. z o.o. is a technology company that has been successfully providing the insurance industry with innovative business solutions since 2012, making insurance sales and service easier. Every day, we optimize our clients' business processes, saving them time and money.

    We are looking for a candidate to join our team for the position of Marketing Specialist.

    Marketing Specialist
    , you will help drive Insly's growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen our brand presence. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and external partners to create impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and turn marketing activity into real business results.

    Main tasks and expectations

    • Evaluation and analysis of current marketing and social media activities.
    • Identification of areas for improvement and development of more effective communication and promotion strategies.
    • Reporting results and analyzing the effectiveness of activities (KPIs, ROI, conversions, leads).
    • Creating, implementing, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads (keywords, targeting, A/B testing, automation, budget management).
    • Managing and developing the brand's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and ensuring a consistent company image.
    • Creating and publishing engaging content tailored to target groups.
    • Conducting multi-channel marketing activities (email, webinars, content marketing).
    • Generating and qualifying leads by implementing effective digital strategies.
    • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other teams to create marketing materials.
    • Monitoring competition, market trends, and implementing new marketing solutions.
    • Co-managing the website—updating content and coordinating activities with external companies.

    What success looks like

    In 3 months:

    • Understand Insly's product, customer base, and sales funnel.
    • Audit current marketing efforts and identify quick wins.
    • Launch 1–2 new campaigns that bring qualified leads.

    In 6–12 months:

    • Increase SQL volume and marketing-attributed revenue.
    • Improve lead conversion rates and CAC efficiency.
    • Establish a predictable flow of leads from inbound and paid activities.

    What we're looking for

    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in the B2B, SaaS, or insurance industries is welcome).
    • Very good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
    • Ability to automate campaigns and manage the marketing funnel.
    • Experience in lead generation and performance analysis.
    • Practical knowledge of SEO/SEM and analytical tools.
    • Creativity, aesthetic sense, and ability to work with content (copywriting, storytelling).
    • Fluent English skills.
    • Excellent work organization, analytical thinking, and results orientation.

    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of tools: Pipedrive (CRM), Canva, Zapier, LiveWebinar, Mailchimp.
    • Experience with marketing automation systems.
    • Ability to create simple graphic or video materials.
