    Opis

    In this role, you will be responsible for translating business ideas into actual digital experiences. Product Designer at GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. is a core component of the larger challenge of business and product innovation.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
    • Delivering high-quality visual and graphic designs in relation to existing frameworks and guidelines
    • Designing A/B tests to validate hypotheses
    • Interpreting data and qualitative feedback with a focus on optimization of the existing product and company goals
    • At least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position working closely with developers and business
    • 2+ real-life launched projects in your portfolio
    • Mastery in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite
    • Knowledge of Webflow with a track record of created websites
    • Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems
    • Confidence in presenting your work as if you would tell a great story
    • Strong skills in English both spoken and written

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with conducting workshops (gathering requirements, mapping processes, narrowing the scope of the project)
    • Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools in a designer line of work
    • Experience working on consumer and enterprise products over multiple release cycles
